Usable area: 18 m x 16 m

Description (1972): Bedrock projection to SE and S. Mud bottom. Grass on top crannog.

Stone-built causeway 6 m wide by ca 1.3 m deep, leading ca 40 m SW to shore: entirely underwater. Walking along causeway the water level was approx chest-high (1.3 m); loch bed to either side was 2.6 m (well over one's head)
