CAPT. SMITH, of the revenue schooner Meda, yesterday received a telegram from Broome, whioh conveyed the intelligence that the lugger Helena has been lost off Swan Point. Sbe sank on the reef off the point on the 10th inst. Five men were drowned, and one was saved
